In 2004, I started Masala with the goal of bringing healthy, flavorful Indian food to families in Los Angeles. From the beginning, I have used only the freshest ingredients and authentic, imported spices. My recipes are focused on wholesome goodness, health and mouth-watering flavor. These are the same recipes I learned from my mom, and the same ones she learned from her mom, and so on. For generations, our way of cooking and passion for food has been a cornerstone of our families and lives. I cook Masala food the same way I cook at home for my family and friends, with the same attention to detail and unrestrained love for great taste.
